Have you failed to recongnize all the bars and stores that sale and serve alcohol in this state. The only reason its unlawful to make moonshine is because its an untaxed product and thats retarded. Let me run this dowmething to think about lik Howard here. I can grow my own garden and eat or sell them. Im not paying taxes on them but they are not busting me for it.
