If a choice is made to have intercourse with someone,and the result is a pregnancy outside a traditional family, then those concerned should be required to pay for the upkeep of the child. I have heard of women getting pregnant deliberately to increase the ammount of the check they get. It should be stopped immediately. Some say, "Then the child will suffer." I am not resposible for that and should not have to subsidize such things with tax money. Take away the support and births will decrease.
