After Rick Perry sold our loop to Spain and made it a Toll Road ( google rick perry toll roads) anyone who travels the route is subject to shake-down by an over-zealosu collection agency, eager to delay billing with late penalties included. I hate to drive under the thing for fear of getting a bill in the mail.
