Last session all agencies cut 10% and the Perry Corporate Welfare Enterprise Fund was increased. In other words cut services and education and give tax dollars to big business that provides no benefit for the citizens. All state agencies except for the DPS and the Governors Office depend on equipment and vehicles that are more than 20 years old & older. Keep cutting now & it will cost more in the long run.
