"These people" do not represent most of the people of those countries, and probably represent few, any more than Timothy McVeigh represent "those Americans." America doesn't have to be a bellicose bully to have a coherent foreign policy. Let those new governments formed after the "Arab Spring" have the opportunity to prosecute the perpetrators. If they fail then we can do more. We also need some good PR in those countries explaining what freedom of speech is all about.
