In my opinion, I agree to those who believes that using a real estate agent is the way to go because realtors study about the real estate market, and I have no doubt to that. Just make sure that you pick the right one – do NOT, whatever you do, hire the guy who is on the sign for the house you really like. You will be spending more than you should, and in real estate it adds up to way more than a couple payday loans, and that's for sure. Make sure you find someone that fits you personally, someone you can work with, knows what they're doing and what you have in mind. You need to know more than just what's on their brochure or website.
