yes I have seen it and you need to FACT CHECK what you have seen with a non-partisan source and no the president alone can not affect your pension but it is the intent of the entire Republican/T-Party based on the opinion of the Republican think tanks and the Koch brothers and their investors who want to manage these so called defined contribution accounts and collect the fees associated with them paid by you the account holder not the state.
