This man is one fool stupid jerk!! While President Obama is taking care of business, taking care of people, supporting governors and their states, clown willard is running his mouth, suggesting that states could better handle natural disasters, and showing himself to be, at best, unqualified and cold, and at worst, an elitist who would demand that those displaced by floods, hurricanes, fires and other natural disasters, fend for themselves...poor states cannot handle these kinds of events!!
