It occurred to me that some might need this to understand the post I wrote. :
The USA has a reported population just over 300 million. It takes 1,000 million to equal 1 billion. It takes 1,000 billion to equal 1 trillion. Our national debt is over 16 trillion dollars.
If every man woman and child in America smoked marijuana and paid $1000./year in tax that would only equal 300 billion dollars. This wouldn't even cover the interest on the debt/
