happened a few years back in Zions nat. pk., seems dear were eating cig butts ,then getting a high on the nicotine. people were smoking there cigs and at it getting smaller were throwing them away on the ground,deer were coming across them and eating them. they too were hooked on them,causing problems for visitors in the park,as deer were coming up to them and raising up and pawing at there cigs in the clothes.
