I'm glad this bill is stuck in congress. With over thirteen hundred pages of rules and regs this bill attempts to legislate every aspect of rural life, not just farming. From electric co-ops to milk machines this legislation is about control. I'll pay extra to give my neighbor an even break against the corporate fat cat in league with my congressman.
