By the look of his proposed changes, he (Larry Smith) seems to be a man that has a clear vision of what he would like to put in place in Smith County.
I sincerely look forward to the time when criminal activities by police are a thing of the past. We see that frequently in our news casts.
I would also like to see a review of prisoner treatment and the violence that inmates are subject to from the very ones who are supposed to protect them. (That refers to Smith County Jail.)
