The people are the malitia just as I stated in my post where I posted the entire 2nd amendment or can you not read? The saecond amendment states in the first 4 words "A well regulated Militia". DO YOU SEE THE KEY WORD DEAF? "REGULATED".
You can not pick and chose only the parts that you agree with like ONLY the last 14 words. YOU HAVE TO GO BY THE ENTIRE AMENDMENT.
