Sometimes I think Eltife is the ONLY one with a shred of common sense in Austin, and the only one
who has an IQ over 50. This is a great idea. I was also against the constiutional amendment in 2007, partly because of the funding and also because I knew it was fraught with the possibility of fraud and graft in the awarding of these grants. It made no sense to me, especially when the Lege fought tooth and nail over the HPV shots. That's the easiest and cheapest way to prevent many cancers.
