Example how lackadaisical & humerous our drug enforcement policy is.
If we'd get REAL penalities & use them, maybe this type of thing would be absent.
This is a finger in the eye of all on the golf course & the Police..
They must think illicit drugs are 'just kids' or funny.
Morality is just a potty on the golf course, I guess.
