I think this is an obvious case of self defense. What did the police expect him to do? Stand there and be hit with a stun gun? I remember some years ago, the police in Cuero, TX, killed a man by using a cattle prod on him in a effort to solicit cooperation. No one was ever charged with a crime. My question was this at the time,"Why were the police armed with a cattle prod in the first place?". Some years ago I had a deep respect for those in law enforcement. NO LONGER - TOO MANY THUGS IN UNIFORM
