Tell you what, we will do that when Mexico creates a registry off all drugs being smuggled into the US as well as a registry of all Mexican citizens illegally sneaking across the boarder.
And Presidents Nieto and Obama can stick that in their pipe/bong and smoke it (with whatever they smoke in it now.)
