More consumers = more consumption. Anyone who's taken a first year economics class already knows that this is hardly a unique idea. This 'study' has been done before many times. Rep. Schaefer needs to read and save some taxpayer money. The real cost of this 'study' will eventually be paid for in the suffering of women and children. Suffering has no monetary value, and will therefore not be considered in the 'data' collected.
On the bright side, maybe half of all those born will vote democrat.
