Ukraine officials outraged over black market ticket allegations

Ukraine’s national Olympic Committee Chief, Sergei Bubka, pronounced, (sur-gay bewb-kah), expressed his outrage concerning allegations that a top Ukrainian official tried to sell the country’s allotted Olympic tickets on the black market.

In Thursday’s news conference in Kiev, Bubka vowed to unearth and the test the validity of the current allegations against the secretary general of the Ukrainian Olympic committee.

Allegations speculate the official offered to sell 100 tickets to a BBC reporter posing as a local ticket buyer.
Bubka admits he has vague details regarding the allegations beyond the BBC report, but has informed the head of the London organizing committee and the president of the international Olympic committee on the situation.

Bubka insists however, the official’s nefarious action, if validated, is sequestered to that one official alone.
Ukraines Olympic committee was allotted 2900 tickets for distribution to various officials and group.
