David Wayne Hutto, 45, of Diana was arrested by Longview police Friday.

Hutto was picked up just before 5 p.m. on Bosco Street and charged with possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance, according to his booking report.

He was held Saturday in the Gregg County Jail on $2,500 bond.

Coy Glen Mullins, 32, of Longview was arrested in Saturday morning in the 1600 block of Judson Road.

Longview police accused Mullins of public intoxication and theft of property valued less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions, according to his booking report.

Mullins was held Saturday in the Gregg County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
