TYLER - The Salvation Army is preparing for the worst as more people head there to take shelter from the cold.
Officials say there were almost 150 people there on Tuesday evening, but they expected the number to increase by early Wednesday morning.
The staff at the facility spent the day preparing for the high number of men, women and children.
Salvation Army officials also say, they're prepared to make room for people even if they're at capacity.
