Tatum — The board of trustees for the Tatum Independent School District agreed Monday to set caps on how much will be spent on Phase II and Phase III of the district’s 2013 bond project.
The two phases together comprise about $9 million.
Trustees set the guaranteed maximum price for Phase II at $6.9 million.
Phase II consists of three additional classrooms at the high school, band hall, CTE and art room renovation at the high school, the FFA project barn, the high school field house and coliseum dressing, and the middle school CTE and cafeteria.
