Houston leads all cities with 15,300 complaints
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Since 2007, the state’s Smoking Vehicle Program has received nearly 60,000 complaints from citizens about cars or trucks emitting excessive smoke on the roads of Texas.
