Lufkin , Tx — A 3-year-old child was removed from life support Sunday night in a Houston hospital following a two-vehicle wreck that occurred Friday night on U.S. Highway 69 north of Lufkin.
Taylor Davison, 3, was transported to a Houston hospital after the Friday night accident. DPS trooper Joshua Senn said the boy suffered severe spinal cord injuries that he could not survive. His mother, Meagan Diane Davison, 25, of Lufkin remains in Memorial Health System of East Texas with broken bones. Braylen Davison, 5, was transported by medical helicopter to LSU Medical Center, where he is still undergoing treatment.
