Section of Sea Isle beach received advisory
Galveston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Galveston County issued a beach advisory for a stretch of beach in south Sea Isle because of high levels of contamination.
High levels of bacteria were detected in the water on the beach on Galveston Island by Texas Beach Watch, which regularly tests the bacteria levels on 52 of the Galveston's area recreational beaches.
