LONGVIEW - Around 100-million people are expected to tune in to watch the Cardinals and the Steelers take the field, for the biggest football game of the year on Sunday.
Many local business owners say they expect the Super Bowl to boost sales and more importantly the local economy.
Steven cloud is the manager of Buffalo Wild Wings in Longview and he says, "The Super Bowl is coming up Sunday and we are already getting to goorders in, we had one come in this morning for almost 1000 wings so we expect a big day."
Cloud said they know the Super Bowl will draw in more customers so their TV's will be set to NBC for the big game.
Skinners grocery store is also looking forward to the Super Bowl.
Skinners Manager, Brant Brantley said, "Big events like this, holidays are definitely huge for us here...we're expecting a big Saturday, we need a big Saturday. its been a little slow this month but we're expecting a big Saturday for sure."
The Super Bowl is also the largest day for advertising. Experts say more companies advertise that day than any other, which they say also helps to stimulate the economy.
