Hallsville, TX (Longview News-Journal) — More than 20 teenagers — most of them Hallsville ISD students — were ticketed early Sunday for possessing and drinking alcohol after Harrison County deputies raided a pasture party.
Harrison County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jay Webb said 22 citations were issued shortly before 1 a.m. after someone called complaining about a loud party in the 2000 block of Country Club Road in Hallsville.
Some of the citations issued were for minor in possession of alcohol while others were for minor in consumption of alcohol, both Class C misdemeanors.
