Philidelphia, PA (CNN) — Some heart-stopping surveillance video out of Philadelphia.
A stroller got away from a mother at a subway station, and the baby ended up on the tracks.
The child was strapped in, but her pink blanket went flying.
The mother jumped down to save her baby, while other commuters came to her aid.
The 14-month-old girl was hospitalized for a cut on her forehead but is expected to be okay.
Transit police say it was an accident, so the mother is not facing any charges.
