Longview — Twenty-four graduating seniors in the Longview ISD International Baccalaureate program were honored Thursday during a luncheon at the Summit Club.
It was the second full-fledged ceremony since the program began at Longview High School three years ago. A third was held for seniors the year of the program’s inception.
During a quiet ceremony under sparkling chandeliers, each student knelt individually in front of family and faculty to be presented a satin hood by the IB instructor of their choice.
