A Longview man remains hospitalized after being shot multiple times at a home in South Longview.
Longview police responded shortly after noon Sunday to a report of several shots fired in the 600 block of Owings Avenue.
Sgt. Jerry Hancock said they found the victim inside the home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso when they arrived.
He was taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery for life-threatening injuries, said Longview police spokesperson Kristie Brian.
Two people have been detained and taken in for questioning in connection to the shooting but no arrests had been made Sunday evening.
