Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; a robber hit two Houston area banks within an hour Monday afternoon, leaving in a taxi each time, authorities said.
The robber got no cash in either holdup, FBI officials said. FBI officials said a woman entered a Bank of America at 2302 Fannin in Midtown about 3:15 p.m. and handed a note to a teller demanding cash.
