Nacogdoches, Texas (KETK) — Former Nacogdoches substitute teacher, Jamar Ballard, 29, plead guilty to having improper relations with several students over the school year.
Ballard was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
He was previously arrested in April after a student confessed to a teacher that she had sexual relations with Ballard in a classroom.
After his arrest, two more students came forward and confessed to having sexual encounters with Ballard as well.
Ballard pleaded guilty to two counts of improper relations between an educator and student and one count of sexual assault of a child.
