Tyler, Texas (City of Tyler) — The City of Tyler’s Liberty Hall still has spaces available for the “Last Chance Summer Drama Camp” for children ages seven to 15. This camp will run July 29 through August 2 and is in partnership with APEX Entertainment.
“We are excited to be working at Liberty Hall again; the kids just love being on the big stage,” said Felicity Enas, creative director for APEX Entertainment. “They will be writing, directing and acting in a show they will create on their own.”
The camp will be from 9:30 a.m., to 12:30 p.m. The performance, which will be open to the public, is on Saturday, August 3, at 10:30 a.m., at Liberty Hall, located at 103 East Erwin St.
Liberty Hall is pleased to collaborate with local partners to bring the best in live entertainment to its stage. APEX provides both training of actors for film and the stage and produces cutting-edge plays not available elsewhere in the city.
The summer camp costs $100 per camper and there are only 25 spots available. To register or for more information about APEX Entertainment, go to www.apextheatre20.com or call (903) 740-5387.
