Tyler, Texas (KETK) — A Palestine man is sentenced to jail for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines.
Craig Lee Bice, 39, pleaded guilty on October 30, 2012 to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines. Bice was sentenced to 96 months in prison.
According to information presented in court, Bice possessed 97.35 grams of a mixture containing a detectable amount of methamphetamines which he intended to distribute in East Texas.
Bice had three other codefendants and they have all been sentenced as well.
Jeremy Bice was sentenced on March 13, 2013 to 37 months in prison, Brandon Maciel was sentenced on March 15, 2013 to 87 months in prison, and Valerie Lynn Doyle was sentenced on March 20, 2013 to 70 months in prison.
