Longview, TX (Longview News-Journal) — Spring Hill ISD board members are proposing a $17.6 million budget that includes pay raises for the 2013-14 school year.

The district also wants to raise its minimum teacher salary to $3,500 above the state-mandated amount — a $700 increase.
