The preseason is in the books for the Lobos.
Friday night’s scrimmage with John Tyler wrapped up two weeks of fall practice, following a spring session, and brought mixed results as Longview gets set to open the regular season.
It also set the tone for a week of practice that will conclude with Coppell waiting at Allen’s Eagle Stadium at the end of it.
Lobo head coach John King said there’s going to be some reshuffling of players this week after seeing “quite a few bright spots” after reviewing game film from the tune-up in Tyler.
