Toxicology report on Diaz showed he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.165%
Amarillo, TX — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; authorities say the driver was drunk when a car crashed last month in the Texas Panhandle, killing five cast and crew members of the musical drama "Texas."
Senior Trooper Chris Ray, of the Texas Department of Public Safety, said on Wednesday that the toxicology report on Clinton Scott Diaz showed that he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.165 percent. The maximum blood-alcohol level allowed drivers by law is 0.08 percent.
