LINDALE, TEXAS (KETK) — The Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the biggest festival ever on Saturday.
Lindale's Country Fest entertained thousands of East Texans. It's known to be the biggest festival since 1985.
The fest started with a parade and East Texans tell us the Lindale Country-Fest in an East Texas tradition.
There was live-music, arts & crafts, silent auction, games for kids, a variety of activities and fried food.
Following the Country-Fest, gates opened for the 15th Annual Shriner's Bull-Fest 2013.
A night of bull riding, mutton-buston, live-music and Mexican poker.
These festivals attracted people and cowboys from across the state.
