Two Texas universities picked up big East Texas commits for the 2015 class.
Blake Lynch of Troup announced via Twitter he has committed to Baylor University to play for Art Briles, while Daylon Mack of Gladewater stated he would be playing for Texas A&M in two years.
Lynch, a four-star athlete, had received offers from Baylor, Clemson, Mississippi State, TCU and Nebraska as a dual-threat quarterback, while Mack was sought out by Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Clemson, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
Mack is a five-star recruit, heavily favored as the top player in Texas in the 2015 class and top 10 player in the nation.
