JACKSONVILLE, TEXAS (KETK) — Jacksonville is the place to be this Saturday.
It's the 4th Annual Spooktacular Bull Bash at the Jacksonville Rodeo Arena.
There is so much that will be taking place there.
"We are bringing bulls in from all around the country are coming here this year and cowboys same way," says Spooky Dyess, Director of Spooktacular Bull Bash.
Farmers market at 10 a.m. Gates for CBR-Champion Bull Riding will open at 6 pm.
"We are going to have mutton busting to start the event off and then we'll have miniature bull riding which is 9 year old to 14, I mean they are just like big bulls but little bulls.
And a 35 head bull ride which eight of them will make it to the final round.
"It will be a really great event, and everyone needs to come out and watch it, we raise money for charity, we give money to FFA and to 4-H and we buy seed for our local farmers and military farmers."
There will be T-shirts for sale.
Debbie Dyess says, she wants to entertain and bring smiles to the community.
Proceeds from the bull bash are supporting agriculture programs.
"We're making a difference in agriculture it's important because of the food imports, we are trying to get people focused back on our land," says Debbie Dyess.
Bull riders are saddling up and the community is making it happen.
