Nacogdoches, Texas (KETK) — According to the Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation the historic Hotel Fredonia in the oldest town in Texas, is shutting its doors.
Judy McDonald tells KETK the hotel, which has been open since 1955, has sent all its guests to another property and will not be open on Tuesday.
The hotel is currently owned by Susan Pack Reents, who purchased the hotel June 16, 2008.
There is no word if the hotel is closed permanently, but KETK will update information as it becomes available.
