Tyler — When you play for Bishop Gorman Regional Catholic School, it helps to be a saint.
Tristan Saint is the quarterback of the Crusaders.
He was presented the Built Ford Tough Player of the Week Award Wednesday.
The senior threw for 270 yards and three touchdowns in the season finale.
He broke school records during his career at Bishop Gorman.
"To be considered one of the best players in the state of Texas for private schools, it's honestly a huge honor," Saint said.
"To come from being a center as a freshman, to not playing quarterback as a sophomore, to really buying into the system, I'm so impressed with him," said Bishop Gorman coach Coby Gipson.
