Tyler, Texas (KETK) — Have you seen the new "Greenpeace Fake Santa?"
He on a commercial telling us, "Dear children, I regrettably bring bad tidings. For some time now, melting ice here in the North Pole has made our operations and our day-to-day life intolerable and impossible and there may be no alternative but to cancel Christmas."
Santa claims he has written world leaders, including Presidents Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin, but to no avail.
Oh, be quiet, fake Santa.
All good girls and boys keep up with the news, and those who think for themselves and don't follow a heard mentality and believe everything is a crisis
which is reported as a crisis.
Just Monday, news broke of new record low temperatures. East Antarctica dropped to 135.8 degrees Fahrenheit below zero; that's 93.2 degrees below zero Celsius.
NASA says that happened in August of 2010. Then on July 31 of this year, it came close again, -135.3 degrees.
Weren't we supposed to be getting warmer? Weren't the ice caps melting?
Funny, this has not shown up on the front page of the New York Times or network newscasts.
Now, they have changed the name from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change."
This "let's them blame every bit of weather on what man is doing to sweet, Mother Earth."
I'm not buying it and shame on you fake Santa.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
