CNN — When you think of the layaway section of most stores, you don't think of heaven, but in Texas one woman is paying it forward as a lay-away angel.
'Twas the week before Christmas, at a Wal-Mart in New Braunfels, and all the parents were shopping for toys for their little girls and boys.
But some could not afford to buy the gifts all at once so they put them on lay-away, and paid a little each month. Then, came some "lay-away angels" or Santa's helpers, maybe?
CNN spoke to one angel, though she wouldn't give her name. She said she'd been blessed and wanted to share without fame. So ,she paid a random mother's account to make sure each child got a gift under their tree.
