Irving — The Cowboys are not ruling Tony Romo out for Sunday's game, but they're also not counting on him. It appears the team's playoff faith rests with backup Kyle Orton.
The Cowboys insist they have faith in Orton to lead them. It's why they signed him to a three-year, $10.5 million deal with a $5 million signing bonus.
"We've liked Kyle for a long time," Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said.
