Kilgore — An Oklahoma doctor was on his way home Monday evening to face drug and homicide charges arising from what authorities described as a deadly prescription drug practice.
William Martin Valuck, 71, was arrested last week in Kilgore by federal drug agents. The arrest came after a year-long joint investigation of Valuck’s practice in Oklahoma City by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs. He had been held without bond in the Rusk County Jail since his arrest Friday. He faces nine charges of homicide and 43 counts of distribution of classified drugs.
