KFOR/NBC — A 33-year-old Pottawatomie County man has been arrested after authorities allege he killed his stepfather with an "atomic wedgie."
Officials said the man was suffocated by his own underwear.
Tuesday afternoon police arrested Brad Lee Davis on a complaint of first-degree murder.
Authorities said 58-year-old Denver St. Clair was found dead in his home on Dec. 21, after a fist fight with Davis.
When Davis knocked down St. Clair down, he "grabbed St. Clair's underwear and gave him an ‘atomic wedgie,'" according to the affidavit.
Officials said Davis admitted hitting St. Clair several times and pulled the elastic waistband of his underwear over his head and around his neck.
The medical examiner said blunt force trauma and asphyxiation killed St. Clair.
The report stated the medical examiner said the injuries were "caused by the elastic underwear band being stretched over the decedent's head and left around his neck."
The documents states officials also found blood in the kitchen and living room.
Authorities said they found pictures of the crime scene on Davis' cell phone and, according to the photos, the crime scene may have been altered before lawmen arrived.
Davis is being held in the Pottawatomie County Jail without bond.
