Pollok, Texas (KETK) — An East Texas toddler has been flown to a Houston hospital after medical officials discovered the child has a blood-alcohol level as .18.
According to Angelina County Sheriff Greg Sanches, the babysitter of the child in Pollok reportedly gave the toddler a drink but did not know its contents. The child was violently throwing up, reports medical officials.
Sanches tells KETK they are currently investigating the incident before charges are filed.
