Boston — For a large chunk of second half, Dwight Howard dominated so easily, Celtics coach Brad Stevens might have wanted to send in Sandro Dussek, the 10-year-old in Washington that helped Howard kill time in the rain delays.
That was not, however, the last time the Rockets might have had Washington flashbacks.
As easily as the Rockets had scored, taking another lead to 20 points, things are rarely that simple.
The Rockets again demonstrated the way their offense can look when it’s clicking, but again lost huge chunks of the lead, this time, stopping the bleeding before things could become as perilous as they had been in Washington and closing out the Celtics, 104-92, Monday in T.D. Garden.
