Whitehouse, Texas (KETK) — The Smith County Sheriff's Office have arrested two juveniles for burglarizing a several residences in the Whitehouse area.
On Sunday, at 4:29 a.m., the Smith County Sheriff's Office received a phone call about possible criminal activity on Southpoint Road in Whitehouse.
Deputies contacted Whitehouse Police about the call and both departments responded.
Authorities apphrehended a juvenile who had stolen a firearm and stolen property. The property consisted of a riding lawn mower, utility trailer, numerous bottles of alcohol, a handgun, two digital monitors, and other items.
Witnesses said there was another suspect involved, so deputies searched the area.
During the search, ti was found that other locations were burglarized.
This included a large residential garage, motor home, travel trailer, and pickup.
During the investigation, another juvenile suspect was apprehended.
Both suspects had lengthy criminal histories and both were currenlty on probation through Smith County Juvenile.
Their names have not been released because of their ages, but both could face additional charges.
